Free Delivery Over £50
All orders over £50 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses. We can deliver to your home, workplace, a neighbour or relative — whatever is most convenient.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 working days. During busy periods, delivery may take up to 1 week.
Order Updates & Tracking
Please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout so we can keep you updated. If the driver has difficulty locating your address, they can contact you to ensure successful delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
Protective Packaging
We use strong, purpose‑designed packaging to ensure your bath screen arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
If you need to return an item, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Returns should be sent using an insured courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the original delivery cost.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours with clear photos of the damage and the packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
